Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is completely liaison to help the customer to get their shipment at the cheapest prices considering from which location the order is placed accordingly we choose the best possible medium to ensure the safest delivery to the customer. For which once the order is placed on the website you will be contacted separately to check the preferred delivery method and once agreed. The order will be shipped post ensuring the quality of fishes. This is in compliance to our motto to provide you best quality fish at the cheapest price.

We have below mode of shipping modes :

1) Courier Partners 

2) Train Parcel Service  (To Stations where services are available and which can be collected by the customer from the destination station) 

3) Nearest Delivery Point (Currently for Hyderbad only), Mostly it will be a free of cost delivery or may have very less charges

Return & Exchange Policy

 We send the fish after ensuring the quality (Health conditions ) to be the best for which we request more time for the shipping and also ensure the packaging are done very carefully. We ensure that fish will be fine throughout the travel.

However, considering the climatic change and adverse traveling mode there is a very low percentage in death rate when having the shipments sent to the longer distance which will be considered for a refund. 

The same needs to be reported within the same day the package been delivered with supporting video of unpacking of the parcel. Also the same is applicable to courier via partners.

Refunds will not be considered in case if there is no one at your place to accept the parcel, Cancellation of order post shipping, and delayed pick up from railway stations.

Mostly on DOA  cases, we will be shipping the new parcel however our prime consideration will be your satisfaction hence the same will be followed as per your choice.
